Pod is easy to order and it was delivered on time and picked up on time

At this point, we still haven't managed to get our Pod delivered after nearly a month. Initially, we weren't informed that the city would require a permit, requiring an additional wait. The city informed us that this is a constant issue with the Pods company. After the city permit was issued to the Pods company, they didn't communicate with us to reschedule a delivery, forcing us to get the city to extend the permit (again, according to the city, a frequent issue with Pods); and then, after finally rescheduling the delivery, refusing to deliver because "the permit hasn't been issued" when we know for a fact it was issued, and extended, already. Calling customer service resulted in being told "there's nothing we can do" and getting hung up on multiple times. Give us back our stuff, please.
