Erratic care from constantly changing nurses, insisting that bathing once every three days is acceptable. Food was consistently garbage- a low point was pureed pork as the main course for dinner. Breakfast was delivered at 6:30am and could not come any later- that meant cold eggs and potatoes every day. The one good thing was the therapy was helpful and therapist kind. The nursing staff was overworked with 8 patients a nurse at one point. Disliked their inane rules such as no food in the room. You're serving garbage and my family wants to have a cooler with some actual good food and no, that's not allowed. Was constantly woken up in the night for blood draws and other stuff that was absolutely not urgent. Finally got out of here after two weeks and was very glad to leave. Felt prison like at times and never allowed us to go outside for a field trip with our families. That would've gone a long way to helping feel normal.

They do not care about your loved ones. It’s all about money and getting them in and out. None of them are on the same pages, nurses , therapists, doctors. No one can give you a right answer. They lie about how much therapy they actually get. And half of their staff are rude and don’t care. I’ve had a family friend also bring their grandmother there and they agree encompass is the worst place to go to. I should of listened to the bad reviews

My uncle has been hospitalized 3 times and he is 78 years old and I just to thank all the nurse and therapist who helped a lot especially the manager of the nurses lupes storck and the case manager Melissa enciso,James.Therapy for the attention they had in this time of coronavirus they made it easier for us to see them through FaceTime I thank the director that he put those rules and hopefully he keeps those same people because they help a lot for the patients I recommend this hospital thank you again!πŸ™

My mom stayed there for 2 weeks and i was very pleased with their service. Yes, there are more than enough PT and OT. During her stay, she had PT/OT at least once per day. Not sure about food - never tasted them. Nurses and CNA's are awesome. They are very helpful. If you need help, they will be there. Hope this helps
