Test drove a car with Trey and had to run to a soccer game. Before we left we were told we would be called with a final number on their best price. This is after the Sales manager Micheal said he would see about knocking off 1-2k if it changed our mind. We’ll it did and we were ready to buy. No call. I had to call them back a few hours later only to be told we had to come back in person to the dealership before they would tell us if they could take anything off the price. Why? Just give us the best number over the phone. Why say you were going to do it and then change your story a few hours later. We refinanced our house over the phone and we can literally buy a car online. If you need to run out credit or have us fill out paperwork we will do it online or give you the info over the phone. I get the approach and if we are in person the close rate is better but come on man, don’t promise one thing and do another.

We’ve purchased two vehicles here in the last year and they’re wonderful to work with. Professional but personable, honest and transparent with their business. They made both processes of buying vehicle seem less and stress free. The best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership to date. We also service our vehicles with them as recommended. Excellent to deal with! They’re honest but not pushy on things which is rare when dealing with service shops. They always have us in on scheduled time and out quick. We’ve had no issues with service or sales in the year we’ve had our vehicle, and we are happy knowing our new purchase is coming from such a reliable dealership. Their financing is through chase and it’s the easiest financing we’ve ever had to deal with, they send helpful reminders, work around your schedule and do not have enormous fees if just a couple days late. Definitely recommend this dealership and servicing to anyone that wants a transparent, honest place to buy a reliable vehicle.

Depends on grade of oil and amount. Most subarus take 0w20 synthetic, 5.1 quarts. And cost around $40.
