Really down home place with some amazing concoctions. The owner/Brew Master seems to enjoy experimenting and sharing with the customers. I'll be back, that's for sure. Also has an adjoining brew supplies store. If you want to have a drink and talk about some home brew, this is the place on the south shore. I am making some wine with the help of the supplies I bought there.

Always a good drink and good people

It has become the only place we go for great beer. We have tried others..my husband has a great plate for taste and balance...The owners make the place so inviting...and if you bring a friendly 4 legged family member...there will be mostly homemade treats for them...

picked up a bottle from three fins coffee roasters and it’s the best kombucha i’ve ever had!!! it’s even better than the big brands!

Nice place
Sorry if this answer is too late to help, I just saw your question now, Aug 27 2019. Anyway, removing wine from the barrel means adding air with oxygen to it and that is never good. It will probably negatively effect the flavor of your wine. I would suggest bottling it all at once when it is ready.
Hi Tatyana - The homebrew supply store is open from 3-7 on Thurs and Fri, 9-7 on Sat, and 11-4 on Sun. The taproom is open from 3-7 on Thurs and Fri, 12-7 on Sat, and 12-5:30 on Sunday. If we have food (trucks or pop ups), the taproom stays open until 8 pm. Thanks M Ferrick for answering the question for us! Cheers!
IndieFerm is always dog-friendly for friendly dogs. Same goes for people also. Glad you enjoyed OktoPAWfest. Stop by again when you get a chance.
