Having insurance on a package is a waste. UPS delivered my package to the wrong address. The shipper is the one that must open the claim. Well my shipper refuses to open one. UPS says I can file a claim but if I win they will send the money to the person that won't file the initial claim. My package was delivered to people that don't speak English. So I'm just out 750. Thank you ups. And thank you joe Biden for allowing thieves into our country.

Terrible drivers are completely incompetent, even with a confirmed correct address they still say the address was wrong, delivers another package with the same name as the package he touched and didn’t deliver and says the other package doesn’t have an apt number.
