They charge for painting the apartment when you leave!!! $200!!! Make sure you get a walk through going in, take pics, and get a walk through when you leave.

5 stars is a definite! No place is going to be 100% perfect, but they do everything in their power to make it as close to 100% as possible! ALL the staff are super friendly and accommodating. They aren't a "pet accepting" place but "pet loving". My dog gets excited to see all the people in the office. Apartments are furnished with brand new furniture, cleaned to perfection before moving in, and any maintenance issues are addressed pretty much within a day. On top of all of this, the apartment is extremely safe with the designated fobs as compared to the house apartments for SU students located on the other side of campus. The only downside may be that it is on the more expensive side, but 1. That's college for ya! and 2. you definitely get what you pay for- fully furnished, AC, new appliances, gym, study rooms, and (personal favorite) patio for the warmer days. Happy to live here for a second year.

Super nice rooms and I got a email for pre move in instructions conclude with everything I need. That was super cute and I love this place!!!! Large parking lot as well!!
