Recently went in for my annual re-spray. As usual, my experience with the Syracuse Ziebart was great...beginning with Lyeisha at the front desk to Jeremy Tompkins who served as my Product Consultant. Jeremy ensured that my concerns were addressed prior to the re-spray. The service techs went above and beyond in their work. When the vehicle was ready for pickup, I was completely astonished!! My 2015 RAV 4 looked like I just drove it off the dealership lot. One technician even clean and polished my bike rack! KUDOS to this location and the dedicated staff and service technicians.

They had damaged my Touchscreen during a cleaning, but they made it right and replaced the screen. I am satisfied they fixed the issue. Update. I have since sold the vehicle and ziebart shared my personal information with the new owner

The service was fantastic, high quality and professional job done to my car. Just went in for my 1st yearly touch up. Brendan (employee) was a great help and took the time to review what the yearly touch ups look like. Also - the employee in the very front who does the exterior application is always there. He's a great asset to your company and does a nice job. Thank you all.

Great question, Ellis! The rust protection package offered comes with a warranty. In order to have the warranty stay valid, we ask that the vehicle come back annually for inspection and reapplication of the product. For exact pricing information, give the store a call when you can so that a technician or sales pro can get more information about the vehicle.

I wouldn't go to ziebart for anything. I had my car undercoated and several items stolen from my car. Not to mention the service was terrible.
