If your are looking to rent here for the amenity of the pool DON'T! THE POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED MORE THAN ITS OPEN. If it rains for an hour in the morning they close it for the rest of the day. I can't tell you how many 90 degree days there has been that they close the pool. They have one attendant and if she calls in then that just means no pool for the day. How frustrating when its 88 degrees and one of the last nice days before the pool closes only to get there and it's closed. No closure notices either.

(Warning) Canterbury sells your information and gives it away for free be careful what information you give to them. They gave my personal information out to other people. I am very disappointed . It is not worth living at this place as they raised a rent close to a 100 bucks. And they don't care about their tenants. If you got a nice car stay away from this place they don't fixed any of the roads.

Pros: Very quiet, even on a weekend in the middle of summer. Very responsive maintenance team who show up right away at all hours. Cons: Very rude office staff, horrible to have to deal with them. And also a bat flew into our apartment, and apparently it wasn’t the first time! Horrifying

I must live in a completely different Canterbury than what is being described in some of these reviews... But in my case I have lived here for about 4 years; and I cant say that there aren't areas that could be improved upon; but for the most part they're trivial in The grand scheme of things. Customer service wise I have never had an issue. The leasing agents, maintenance and others have been nothing but considerate and helpful at all times. There are a lot of personal attacks toward the manager, Jill that I feel are very one sided. Jill has helped me even when she probably didnt have to. She has shown kindness and understanding when I was struggling and I have no complaints about her or how she handles herself. In my opinion she is a Business Woman by definition and I am always happy to go in and speak to her. With that being said; I have lived in worse places than what is complained about here at Canterbury. So far I stick to my original claim: I wish I had moved here sooner. I love the team in charge of the property; all my neighbors have been nothing short of friendly and delightful, and in spite of the improvements that could be made; I know everyone who works here is doing the best they can with what they have!!!

Dogs are allowed for sure ! I've seen German shepherds, chows, rottweilers, and put bull mixes... Also small dogs. They do charge a pet fee but who doesn't charge for pets? Also people have support animals.
Gmy is open 24 hours just use your fob... They are 25$ to replace so don't lose it!
Yes 20 a cat 30 a dog but place is at max capacity no apts avail as of 6 hours ago confirmed by the office
I've lived here for 6 years and our rent gorsup every year.. We do have the larger apartment and there's 3 of us. The rent was reasonable when we moved in @ 1325 but when it goes up 60-75 every year it's getting to be expensive..our rent is now 300$ more than when we moved in. They should offer a longer lease than a year. Everything is just getting older in our apartment but they continue to raise our rent the same as a family that has 4-5 people.. I don't understand why but it is still reasonably priced but eventually it will be too much money for not such a great place.
We currently live in the deluxe 2 bedroom which is about 1100 square feet... But not alot of storage space..
Most likely, but it's not worth it. The plowing is awful, the amenities are basically nonexistent, and you can hear all of your neighbors in the other apartments or coming in and out of the building.
