I moved to Bakersfield Mobile Home Park no so long ago, but I really like it. People is very nice, the place looks clean and organized. People hasn't been loud or act crazy. Melissa the manager is super nice and friendly, she well explained my contract and every rule. Is nice to get out the porch and have a drink or play with your kids since is very calm and quiet. Highly recommend to move here!

Beyond the Facts

Horrible place to live! Some of the tenants or visitors don’t understand speed limits, since some of them speed by like their life depends on it. Not somewhere I would want to raise my kids. Weird and druggy people constantly walking by. Some of the other tenants stop an stare at your place property or cars. Some of the tenants apparently don't know how the parking situation works here, since some of them don’t always park in there own parking spots. As soon as your rent is late, they’re sending you late/eviction notices! The owners of this park are extremely greedy, an not helpful at all! Its mostly quiet, unless the business around the park are working, then it’s pretty loud. Manager is nice and pretty helpful. It’s pretty close to gas stations, stores and freeway 99.

one of the best parks to live in Bakersfield the place is very quiet during the day and at night the managers keep the park clean and are very conscientious and strict with their work a good place to live with family
