I went here at my glasses repaired, my 7-year-old kicked me in the face and broke the bow off of one of them. Not only did they fix my glasses within about 20 minutes of arriving on a Saturday, but did it completely free of charge (even though I didn't even buy my glasses there). And it took the employee at least 15 minutes of finagling the glasses into place and putting in a replacement screw. He even took the time to deep clean my glasses and removed at least 5 years worth of grime. That was way above and beyond what I expected. Seriously thank you very much to the people that work here I really appreciate it.

Booked my appointment early august earliest date they had was in September, I showed up for my appointment and when I went to check in I was told I was not in the system. I even had the text proof that I had an appointment with the time, I was told there was nothing they can do and that I have to wait a whole month for their next available day. Beyond annoyed!!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. No one should be at an eye exam for two hours!! If you are understaffed then you don't make that many appointments. I will be calling corporate. Do not go to the Vestal office unless you are desperate. So disgusted and annoyed.

The receptionist was very friendly. The prices are reasonable and they take most insurances.

Have to do everything on there website now. It's a pain. Sat on hold for well over and hour and just gave up
Yes if they are available if you schedule one it'll be better
I'm so sorry to hear you're having such a hard time! I have a few questions? How did you make the appointment? Online or the automated system? Are you sure you had the right location? Did you receive your confirmation and respond to it? The automated system can be a little confusing sometimes. Unfortunately, stores don't have the technological ability to personally text people or email so I'm not sure who you spoke to? Please ask to "speak to representative" to bypass the automated system and it will send a direct call in to the store where you can speak to a live person who would be happy to help you. Also, there is never any billing for missed appointments. It wouldn't have been possible to do so. If you truly have a billing issue, please call your insurance company and they would be able to tell you who actually did bill you. Often times many "private practices" participate in billing for missed or cancelled appointments. However this company does not. I hope this helps you! 😊
It should be quite easy ....I'm sure they have your records on file
You can, just have to tell automatic answering brat that you want a customer service rep. But, you will be on hold for awhile! It's a terrible system!! Good luck. Website is best to schedule for apts & chat bot is available if you have questions from there.
you must call and make an appointment.
Prices aren't bad, but keep an eye out for their 50% off or buy one get one free coupons which usually seem to be around ;)
Hello Bill, I believe we did speak already but yes we are open 9-7.. we have been experiencing some intermittent issues with our phone lines so I do apologize for the inconvenience.
$50 unless you have insurance. Then it is based on whatever your insurance requires for a copay.
Just the straight Medicaid unfortunately no. But there are many plans like Fidelis, or some of the Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shields along with several other insurance plans that we do accept. Feel free to call and ask any questions you may have.
Yes.
