I would strongly recommend to stay away from this company and his owner Bill as far as possible or try to hire him only if you want to waste your time. I tried to hire this company to replace 10 screens and lost about two weeks receiving one excuse after another. I must admit Bill The Owner is very creative and every time invents something new. All in all don't waste your time, avoid this company and try to find someone else more professional and reliable.

I would give more stars for Bill and his work if I could--he's an absolute wizard when it comes to windows screen. He's straightforward, honest, fast, and reliable-- traits that are hard to find these days. He helped us repair one broke screen and made a new one in blazing fast time. Additionally, he's thorough enough to check on the dimensions we initially gave him (which didn't make sense) and helped us get the right measurements. Couldn't be happier with our new windows screens! Look no further, as Bill is your guy!
