Used this hotel for the first weekend in May to visit the Rochester Lilac Festival. It was about 40 minutes from the festival, but worth it for the amount of money we saved. Their price was 1/3 the price of hotels closer (that were anywhere from $600-$700 for 2 nights) It's location is just outside Canandaigua, close to restaurants, parks and trails. The young woman at the front desk was very nice! Full of smiles! The room didn't have a trash can (because they had just finished renovation on it and probably just missed that detail) but when we asked it was brought right up to the room! The place is actively being renovated. I don't know what it was like before, but we love what it is now, and it will be our yearly hotel when visiting the Lilac Festival.

Slightly dated hotel that they are renovating it nice people who run it clean rooms very quiet

Hotel was about 9 miles from the turnpike. Nice room for the price paid. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

I stayed there the other night. I have very bad allergies. This place the owners are kind and very pleasant. The room exceptionally clean and bed comfortable. My allergies did not bother me here. Very kind and accommodating.
