Great location, however the hotel needs work. Upon arrival the garbage was overflowing outside the main door. Room was ready upon arrival, once in room it had zero towels and zero toilet paper in the bathroom. Trying to get supplies was difficult. The rooms are showing age and need to be repaired. The bathroom tile was missing grout around the tiles and the furniture was pretty worn. For spending over $700 on two rooms for one night and it wasn't anything to speak of. We could have stayed at the Lake House for just a bit more money if we knew how disappointing this would be.

I left four items of clothing there all very expensive, two dresses and two jackets. We called and they had them no problem, told us to ship out a prepaid ups box. When we went to do so, all of a sudden our clothing is “missing” and the new house keeping manager was willing to take money of our her own paycheck because she felt so bad. Clearly a staff member took it. This was after 10 calls made to them. Also, all room keys in the hotel didn’t work that weekend we stayed there and there were lines of people waiting to get back in their rooms.

I travel for work and stay in a room with another worker. The beds and pillows are comfy, specially after a long day. The reason im giving it only a 3 is for a few reasons. 1st the fridge is tiny, not a big deal for most but on an extended stay it sucks. 2. The keys are always messed up. It seems almost everyday im going to the front desk to get the keys reactivated. Lastly getting thebroom cleaned is terrible. We have asled multiple times and haven't been getting cleanings. It has gotten to the point that we have no toilet paper left.

The front desk employee was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet. The free breakfast was good and filling. I will definitely be back next time I come to visit. This is great place to stay. The staff is great!
