My first ever visit to a nail place and it was a good experience. The nail tech did a great job and it was an overall relaxing experience. The chair was great lol. The foot soak felt great. It was a little weird when she went to collect the payment she said cash only, which everything I saw said TIPS being cash only - and it seemed like they actually do accept credit cards but maybe prefer cash I guess. It was a little hard to understand her a few times which always makes me feel bad and awkward but it was fun to check this one off my to-try list finally!

The pedicure I got was rushed and now my toe big toe is infected from one of the lady’s digging out an ingrown toenail when I asked them specifically not too. I called the business about it was basically told it was my issue. They do not use clean file and buffers on everyone like they’re supposed too either! Vicki’s nails is extremely unprofessional. I stopped going to them a long time ago for the same reason but thought I’d give them another shot. I will never again be doing that. They didn’t even offer me a refund on my pedicure!!

These nails are the worst i’ve ever seen. They are thick, chucky, and has a a lot of air bubbles from not letting the paint dry, The guy i had was rushing and didn’t even ask my length, he cut them way to short, Then the design i asked for was not french tip it was supposed to be a V shape, They came out horrible and i can’t believe i really paid for these. They are rude too.

When I got there I show them a picture of what I wanted they said they couldn't do it because their artist wasn't in and she left at three. I changed what I wanted to a different kind of design I had to only get color I couldn't get a design itself. The man that did my nails didn't ask me how I wanted my nails done as far as tip style, he did my acrylics and it's not all the way up to where it's supposed to be on your nail there's a huge gap between my cuticle and the acrylic. I got my nails done last night at around 4:35 and this morning at 7:00 the nail polish itself was chipping on three of my nails the man that started my nails and did the acrylic work wasn't the person that painted my nails. And my friend is who paid for it and I feel horrible because one of the nails is off center and I just feel like they rushed through and didn't do it properly. Included below is the design that I originally wanted and the pictures of what I ended up with needless to say this is the second time I've gone there both times were horrible experiences and I will not be going back again.
