Guardian until you are legal which is 18.
I am 17 wanting a tattoo could I come in with my Grandma who is my guardian and her ID but she does not have legal custody of me would a School ID work even if its online?

school id worked i am 17 also got my first one on my birthday you dont need legal parents as long as its your gaurdian
