It's a nice, quiet area to live in. It's pretty convenient to most areas since it's close to I-12. The management team isn't very warm and friendly. It took them about 6 weeks to fix a broken toilet in one of my bathrooms. But, they apartment itself is nice and my neighbors are respectful.
