Do not stay here! We got here and checked out 30 minutes later. It was disgusting. The lobby did not inspire confidence. We went to our room and found the bed was held up with some 2x4 pieces on one side, water damage everywhere, freezer was filthy, and we found clumps of DOG HAIR on the blanket. We were offered a second room that smelled like someone was smoking in there presently. The only saving grace was that the lady at the front desk helped us with a refund. She was nice but otherwise nothing good to say.

One of my favorite places to stay when in Jackson. The staff is professional and always courteous & helpful. The rooms are clean, no issues at all. It's conveniently located off I40, behind a good convenient store and across the street from taco bell. What more do you need, lol. The price for rooms is under what they could easily charge. Continental breakfast is good and check-in and check out are fast. Definitely recommend if you are traveling on a budget.

Would recommend a night in the county jail over this hotel if I could give it 0 stars I would. Door wouldn’t latch till I opened and closed it 3 times the dead bolt don’t work and security latch pops right off. The rooms are nasty doors, door frames and walls need painted and replaced trim falling off wall. Shower took 10 minutes for water to get hot then couldn’t adjust the temperature back down so had to take a BURNING HOT shower. And the A/C is filled with dust so that’s all you’ll be breathing in so stay at your own risk!

I've been here for about a month moved from Texas and the people are friendly all you have to do is take the time to get to know people. They have helped me out with a lot of things and places to go. They do accept pets there is a pet fee per pet per night it's not shown on the website to be advised. It's in a great location close to the major stores restaurants and major highway. The breakfast is small waffles cereal coffee with some great creamer finally. There isn't a laundry room and exercise room but there are a lot very close to area. The rooms do fill fast so always try to book in advance.
