Poor attitudes from check in to breakfast next morning. Was told at check in Diamond members that have more than 1 room only get the waters and snacks for 1 room. That benefits are for only 1 room. Now being a Diamond, don't you know that we have stayed here so much that we know the rules to benefits? It was just rudeness. Only because the rooms were great did I give 2 stars. Don't eat the breakfast....yogurt out all morning and not on ice, nasty containers with juice in them, empty everything an hr before the end of breakfast and told "that's it! " Stopped using plates an hr before the end and put out to-go bixes. Trashcans full so you had nowhere to put the boxes after breakfast so now trash everywhere. Eggs veeery runny and undercooked. Potatoes and meat not in warmers and cold just sitting out. WiFi is not working and reception is so bad in case you came here for work, it won't connect and digital keys won't work either...was locked out of my room a few times.

The whole place is run down and old. Mold and rust in the shower, cabinet handles are broken, stains on chairs and carpet. The curtains are ripped and not closing easily. Kitchen is not stocked, we had 2 knives, 2 spoons and a fork, only 1 pan and no cooking utensils. Glad we assessed the utensil situation prior to shopping for food to prepare, but too bad the microwave does not work. No buttons work, though the light turns on when opening. Asked Staff for more utensils and they had none available. When notifying of the microwave not working they only offered I bring everything and they could do it in their staff microwave. I have 4 items for a meal and not just heating up, so not really feasible. While it was so old and tired I did not find it dirty. Sheets and towels were clean and not stsined. Though we did put our air mattress on the pull out bed since it was so uncomfortable. This is not at all what I expected by a Hilton Run property.

Front desk staff breanna and Dylan were wonderful, I needed a bath in my room and she changed it quickly with no problem. Breakfast staff was very pleasant and even made plain eggs for my little ones. Anytime we needed anything we called or went to desk and staffed helped. Room was big, comfortable and relaxing. I felt at home for a long working weekend! If you’re staying a long weekend for work or play, this is a nice place!

Went for graduation - appreciated that we could have brought our dog (we ended up having someone to watch dog) and location of room near door would have been perfect. Bed, shower and kitchenette were perfect as we are out and had leftovers to chill. Liked coffee and breakfasts and appreciated the fruit on Mother’s Day with whipped cream !! Would come back
