We’ve always had good service for trash removal.

We were told to go down in person to pay the bill by others in the town, we tried for over a month to do so, and no one is ever there. We tried calling and leaving voicemails, and no one ever calls back or answers. They say they are only open on Mondays but they apparently aren't.

Prepaid for a year and within the first couple months had numerous issues with them not collecting trash as they should. Tried to resolve these issues with them to no avail so then canceled service at least four months ago and have not received a refund. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone or call me back after numerous messages. I would definitely not advise using this company. Going to start the process of taking them to court to receive my refund.
