This has got to be the most incompetent waste company ever. Continue to have missed pickups on a regular basis. I have contacted both local representatives as well as corporate and neither of them seem to care about this ongoing problem. I reside in an apartment home that has trash billed into the rent yet they continue to leave my trash unserviced as they say they have two accounts associated with my address and one says inactive account! Even though I have resided in the same apartment for two years and always pay my rent on time. And seeing how trash is built into my rent payment, pretty sure my landlord would throw me out if I wasn’t paying rent in full. Sounds to me like lazy collectors and a corporation that fails to provide quality service to its customers. Filing for a credit for my trash service since I pay monthly and they miss pickups for weeks on end. Horrible service from baseline all the way up to the ladder. There is absolutely NO reason I should be having this same issue with numerous calls over six months.
