Honestly by far one of the cleanest trailer parks in Ohio. I’ve lived here for almost 10 years . Very clean respectful management. Reasonable prices. Enjoyable clean environment for kids and a good community.

I lived here as a child and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it is still managed by the same pos that ran things when we had to move because the property manager wouldn't fix our trailer.
