We just started going to these guys about a year ago after going to Firestone for the 12 years prior. They have always been very friendly and forthright. I recently brought my son's Jeep in to do an inspection; they pointed out a LOT of things wrong with the Jeep, but instead of driving right into a sales pitch, they pointed out everything, even let me take pictures of everything, and actually said they would prefer to not touch the problems because they may cause more problems. Props to these guys for being honest and not just trying to sell me more service. This is my new mechanic.
