Absolutely the worst uhaul experience I've ever encountered. To start the guy was annoyed & rude. Hummed & hawwed getting the keys. Didn't get out of his chair to show me which row & truck it was. Was supposed to figure that out myself. Than he told me to bring it back by 630 or call to avoid getting charged another day. Turns out it was 530 turn in time & got charged another day. Customer service was no help either. 11/10 don't recommend coming here. Make the extra trip to the uhual on sprague & adams. They'll most times pull it up & have it ready for you & give you accurate information so you dont get overcharged.

My husband and I are a miltary family. We contacted this uhaul place to see how much they would charge us for a one way 20-foot uhaul from Spokane to Denver. They gave us a quote initially for $3,700, then Erick from the store contacted us back and indicated that he could offer us a deal of $2500. My husband and I contacted them back today to solidify the deal, and we spoke to another manager by the name of Thomas who now indicted that they were no longer able to honor the deal and it was a one time approval from their other manager by the name of Rob. I don't know what is going on with this uhaul place but it sounds very shady to us. I will be contacting upper management to figure out why this is allowed and also maybe they need to investigate what is really going on at this uhaul place. I'm extremely disappointed and feel as though they do not honor their customers. I do not recommend this establishment.

Went in to buy a box. 20 minutes later, I completed my purchase. Not busy at all. Employees were constantly engaged in personal conversations with each other. They made me feel like I was interrupting THEM. One employee was unmasked, another masked at the chin as they moved freely around the space. Won’t be back.
