Its not 3 bucks. Everyone would be sold out if it was 3 bucks. You're lookin at 10 bucks but each sale day is different. You'd be better off calling in or going in to the stores to see.
If you already have a medical marijuana recommendation from your doctor, they can enter you in the state patient database and print your patient recognition ID card.
by law they are allowed to take it back within 72 hours of purchase with original receipt and packaging. Passed that date no shop is allowed to take it legally

Hi there. Yes, last time I checked they had the Indigo Pro pens. My favorite. However unfortunately they only had two flavors for this pen last time I was there (a couple weeks ago).
