I live here in 2010and enjoyed it pretty well. I came from wa state. The park was nice it had a big pool and and under ground fall out shelter. just in case. The people were cool and management was awesome. One thing I didn't like was these weird bugs that flew around all the time and man they were loud . All night long. I mean really.0who invented these things. Other than that they have lots of concerts going on all the time. Anyway just saying, BDS WA.

Most of our 2 bedroom homes sell for 10% down (under $2000) and a monthly payment of under $400/mo which includes weekly trash service and insurance on the home. But does not include lot rent of $295/mo. Remember that in about 5 years you will own the home outright and only be paying for lot rent. The lowest cost of housing anywhere outside of mom and dad's basement. Thanks for your interest.

You do not want to rent from this place. Owner is the worst. Management makes deals and lies to you. They will kick you out with no notice and no reason. I would not even tell my worst enemy to live at this place. Until it gets another better owner. Run don't stop here
