Old owners where very nice , I think they maybe just had too much on their hands.... understandable. New owners are good people, super great at being organized, and great at communicating... It's very cheap for the cost of living these days; and any home has the potential to look beautiful.

It only includes trash and no fenced-in yards under any circumstances you will be kicked out for that and you will be kicked out if you have somebody stay more than a couple of nights
