This Doctor is horrible he doesn’t care about his patients. My mom went a month ago to be seen, she was limping and her leg was swollen and in pain. “Dr. Chen” gave her ibuprofen and told her it was because of her arthritis. I switched her doctor and we found today that she has a fracture on her foot that is starting to heal from a month ago. “Dr. Chen” didn’t even bother to have her get X-rays just dismissed her.

People like this are the reason there continues to be misinformation spread regarding the seriousness of COVID. This doctor told me and my daughter that he does not believe in the use of masks, does not trust testing processes and that the government is spreading lies regarding how serious the virus is. This man had a waiting room of patients with respiratory symptoms without masks on combined with people that were not sick. We will no longer be seeking services here. And as we were exiting the medical assistant threw my daughters lab requisition form in the regular trash can after we declined it, I called attention to this and asked if it would be shredded due to it being PHI and was received with eye rolls.
