They are great once you get in, but their responsiveness has been a real problem for me in recent interactions. * Messages to their patient portal don't get promptly passed on to their service providers. * I had an emergency Rx refill needed while traveling, and they couldn't do it until the next day (too late for me). * Multiple calls to the front desk to get an appointment all go to voicemail. The result is sometimes needing to fall back on urgent care, which is a shame when you are established with a primary care provider. 😣

After several times of calling to have my inhaler filled no one has helped. MAHEC is saying they called it in on Friday, I verified my name and pharmacy all was correct but my pharmacy is saying no, they have nothing. Don’t try to call the nurses line either, they never answer!!
