I thought things were going great until I received a call from my insurance saying they wouldn't cover services post surgery. But TWP didn't look into that, they wasted 3 months of my time getting set up with them, approving my application when they shouldn't have. Not to mention Tyrese didn't pick up my paperwork for a month which set things back further, he admitted that he forgot about me. After 4 visits I'm now suddenly left without home help and must continue crawl on the floor. I feel deceived. They wasted precious time I should have been looking for a provider who would take my insurance.

They are allowing elder abuse to continue when they allow a caretaker, who is caught stealing to go right back to the same job and keep her license. Are you kidding me???

If you can get help through this place then you can get your helper paid a lot more money per hour. I hate Nancy the gatekeeper who decides who they help. They did help me for years. After my mom passed i took a break. Nancy went above and beyond to prevent them from helping me. The Whole Person don't pay what others pay. They are not the only way to get help. If u need help then you need to get ur helper paid properly.

I called The Whole Person to get set up with services for my Mom who was bed bound due to cancer. From the start I let them know this was a time sensitive issue. They drug their feet for over a month to even get back to me. Finally when they did get everything set up (FIVE weeks later) they called me a week after my mom passed away to let me know I was approved to care for her. This wouldn't have upset me so much except I received a notification from the FCSR over a week prior to this clearing me to work. DO NOT utilize this company unless you are not needing services for a few months.

Hi! I work st the whole person and am also a local guide. I talked to some people and found out we do offer them. The next session is full, but if you call TWP and ask to speak to Gabi Collins or Ruthie Stephens they should be able to help you find when the classes are, how to sign up, etc.

the whole person is a company that helps with home health aids, they pay you to take care of your family member that's disabled.

Hi there, I went to the Whole Person yesterday afternoon (at 1:00pm) and was able to see a representative of the Whole Person. My representative was in a wheelchair and I really think that the Whole Person will be able to help me with playing basketball, fishing, archery, overall I'm doing pretty well with the representative from the Whole Person who I met with yesterday afternoon and I really recommend that you give the Whole Person a chance to help you out!
