If I could rate it 0 I would. Price is way too high and these people that own the park are so selfish and won’t do anything for you even if it says so in the lease. Keep raising the price eve every year and taking everything away. Literally find anywhere else & you’re better off. Whole management team needs to be fired and replaced— it’s time to treat the people that live here like humans. Getting away with illegal stuff every single day as long as the managers get paid.
My two sweet and well behaved pitbull mixes are also my cat are certified support animals. I also have a MaCaw. Am i able to have my family of pets with me?
We are considering your trailer park. We have 3 dogs under 15 pounds each but, we also have a mild calm pit bull. Would you allow these dogs? One of them is my service doge.

Yes the dogs will be fine as long as they are all on leases when outside.
