This location is awful! It’s hit or miss if they have anything on the line. They don’t stock the condiment/drink station. They don’t listen when making your food and have AirPods in while on the line. It’s been a repeat thing.

My pickup order was completely wrong. I ordered chicken with pico and queso and got steak no tomatoes were in it and it looked like someone else’s order. Then the automated thing wouldn’t offer a refund, only a coupon.

I ordered online. They sent me my order almost an hour later. There were no napkins or cutlery in my bag. It was also not at all what I ordered. It wasn't the right protein. It wasn't the right toppings. You can't even call the store to see if they can send you a new one. You have to go through the app and all they give you is a free entree. That's not helpful when I paid for the entire delivery and didn't get at all what I ordered.

Customer service was great! But the service was very slow. I had to wait in line 30 mins before actually ordering. They do give small portion sizes, so I requested double everything on my burrito bowl. I had a few problems with my order: (1) My chicken was crunchy and (2) the large guacamole I ordered was very bland; it tasted like water as if they forgot to add salt. I doubt if I would return to this location, but they do have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
