Dont cash checks with out account and then wants you to wait to get cash.

Deposited a check for $1000 and they want to hold it for 2 weeks and now I can't feed my family. This credit union is a joke.

Awful experience. Long waits to speak with an employee. You even have to wait to access their ATM since you have to connect via webcam to a live agent even for a balance check. The ATM also is not accessible 24 hours a day either. Employee was also dishonest about fees when we opened our account.We’re sorry that your experience with Ascend has been less than excellent.
