I'm sorry you have had trouble scheduling a ride; we will check into this so it doesn't continue. In your area, we have cut some service due to high fuel cost. We are only able to provide medical and grocery runs between 10am to 2pm, with limits on number of stops. You will need to keep this in mind when scheduling trips. Thank you for contacting us.
