Dixon police think they can decide if evidence photo’s are photoshopped. They will even leave out evidence to get warrants on you in cases. Also these officers do horrible police reports, they leave things out and don’t put full statements in reports.

Dixon police think it’s funny to drive the wrong way In a court, when there is no reason. They also like to block drive way and don’t park no we’re near 12 inches from the curb when there is plenty of parking.
