It's been a few years since we've been to a drive-in and our first time at Hounds. Hounds is by far the best drive-in we've visited, the bathrooms clean and the entire theater area very well kept, the staff at the gate and concession were friendly and efficient. The concession lines were long but moved really fast, the food & treats very good & a bargain compared to other theaters.Hounds definitely checks all the boxes. We really enjoyed the evening.Hounds definitely earns the stars.

A really fun family experience!! Concessions were reasonably priced, and decent food! My husband always gets the fried bologna sandwich and loves it. The concessions stand line gets long! So try to get there early! Next time I want to try the fresh baked cookies, but we were too late this time!
Restrooms were clean! They give you a trash bag when you enter, very thoughtful! The playground is a little run down, but it works for keeping kids entertained!
You want to get there early to park and set up, we brought some games to play while waiting.
A good time for a good price!

This place is awesome. Great for families, date night or just to enjoy watching new releases in your own space. Great snack bar options. Fun playground for little ones to get out their energy out before the movie starts. 22 restrooms available, if needed.

The drive in worth driving the distance for. Clean, well organized, very affordable ticket and food pricing, what more could you ask for? Screens are well sized and crisp viewing! Definitely worth coming to see a great film at!
I left my I.D. with y'all Saturday night 9-9-17 at the concession stand , when I rented one of y'all's radio the girl took my I.D for collateral as part of the rules to rent one , who can I speak to about getting it back

He and Hounds are both on Facebook. Just do a search. He should respond.
Last year it was $15 per car load and the drive-in provide the radio for a small charge I think, or you can tune to the station in your vehicle that provides the sound
I will be damned. If the movies I come to see are on the separate screens, then it should not matter. You paid to see 2 movies, who cares what screens they are on? You should be able to watch the 2 you want to watch. If they can choose which two to play on one screen, then you should be able to get what you came for. I will not pay $15 plus pay for overpriced food that is not even that good to be forced to watch a movie I do not want too. Like if I came this weekend, not that I will actually be back for the handful of times I have that place chance after chance was just terrible, but the only reason I would go would be to watch Aladdin and Long Shot. They play at two separate times, and I would still only get two movies in. Besides the terrible customer service I have always gotten when I came there, no matter Hound’s has such a terrible feedback from so many people. That is crazy.
No neee to thank me. Thank you guys for offering a great experience!....And Im dumb and edited my post...but yeeea err...short recap. Great place great prices great people...bring a blanket if you wanna lay in your hatchback suv or jeep because your own vehicles fumes will bother you...they offer blankets to be bought there...yadda yadda. All in all great entertainment venue for the family or the couple.
There is normally a good big of people here by 8pm but still places to park. Cars park up front and trucks and suvs park in the back towns. If you open the hatch on your SUV it has to be tied down to the level of the top of your car. It's a very nice, family environment.
When I went, we went at 8pm the movie starts at 8:50pm no way I was going at 6pm that seems crazy to me. We got a good spot we got top row right in the middle of the screen. There's not really a bad spot to me. As long as the car in front of you follows rules any spot is fine.
According to the website campsites are $30.00 per night, $150.00 per week, $500.00 per month. Prices do not include the drive-in that is a separate fee.
2013 & 2014 KM community celebrated with Local Towery Maurice Burris-Hunt after he received a billion dollar trustfund & inheritance. He own this drive in. How did Preston Brown come to own it?
Do the concert events have concert level audio / speakers, or is the only option the drive-in speakers / FM broadcast to car radio?
I'm thinking about purchasing tickets for the Metallica event.

It really depends from event to event. I've seen some that only use FM broadcast to your car stereo, and some that use a scaled down version of a concert PA system.
So are they open this weekend and if so what movies are showing?

Their open on Fridays and Saturdays. They update their website and facebook on Tuesday to show what they will be showing on the weekend!
I'm sorry but we will not be showing Last Christmas. We will be showing Frozen 2 and close for the season.
The crowds stop coming when it gets cold.
Thanks
Lion King isn't out yet. It doesn't play till next weekend. I tried explaining this to you in chat but I'm not sure you're understanding.
We do not have a schedule. Each week changes.
Lion King opens next weekend.
I post the movies every Monday so be sure to check Facebook or website Monday after lunch and it will have next weekends movies listed. Thanks
They are now playing new films. I went online to keep up with the movies. Houndsdrivein.com
Hope this helps
I will say you will never be disappointed. I drive over an hour to come here
No u just pay 15 dollars for 2 movies and make sure u go to the Consesion stand and rent a radio for 5 dollars because u don't want to drane your car battery
