Best hospital I been to I stay in clover sc and I come almost 45 minutes from home just to go hear they are caring and understand and they listen to you about what going own barely anyway time to be seen I will. Not never go back to the hospital in rock hill they are the worst. But hear at king Mountain there hospital is the best ever care

I had a hard time knowing how to rate our experience with our son’s surgery. Everyone we experienced was very kind to us so I dislike having to rate them poorly. That said, we had many instances of inadequate care or service that I had to give a poor ranking. Hopefully they can have someone in quality control do an audit of their services especially when dealing with a pediatric case.

Terrible operations. The Atrium health system in general seems to be very inconsiderate and inefficient, at least when it comes to mental health related patients. From patients having to jump through hoops to get in contact with family, to the staff not providing clear communcation on next steps for the patient, to bad general care in the emergency room and inpatient facilities. And I won't even get started on how rude many of the staff have been (not everyone). Its just so strange to me to have such bad operations surrounding mental health patients, considering that could create a triggering environment. For the particular family member that had a bad experience that im mainly referring to, one of the nurses even admitted to the living conditions/operations not being mental-health friendly. We have had issues specifically with Atrium Health Kings Park and Atrium Health University.

I just had the worse experience I have ever had with NP Chad Hensley. He disrespected me with him saying very bad things to me and belittling me due a difference of opinion on his professionalism and diagnosis. He was so incompetent it was unbelievable. Shame on him. I felt tension and uncomfortable when he came into the room irritated and not focused. He tried to write me out a prescription for a medication I already take for stomach issues. I'm just can't believe people like this has a job at a Hospital ER. Didn't even look at my record or medicines before hand. This is just sad. After reading other reviews I see why you have a 2.8. Chad has had issues with other people too. Unbelievable.
