I made an appointment a month ago to have my travel trailer serviced. I canceled other plans to bring it in on the day they told me to bring it in. When I arrived they said they were real busy and if I leave it they would try to service it next week sometime. I told them that the purpose for an appointment today was because I have a trip planned next week. They assured me when I made the appointment that it would be serviced today. Staff very unprofessional, rolling their eyes and said there was nothing else that I could do. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that they couldn't find him, that he must be out on the lot. I am still waiting for him to return my phone call. I would not use these people for any service or repairs, nor will I ever purchase another camping trailer from them. Too many other RV dealers around to trifle with Campers Inn.

Jim and Hunter were great from the very beginning working with us! We were able to purchase a camper within our price range that still had some "bells and whistles" . We're definitely looking forward to the complimentary one year of free camping pass! Thank you Campers Inn RV for getting our family into a bigger and more spacious camper

Poor experience with service. New 2022 Friendship, fridge goes out at 3 weeks. They tell me I am on my own since I set up permanently. 3 calls and a visit later I contact a repair service on my own. Send info to fridge co. They say I have to start with dealer. 3 weeks has passed. I get the part and have repair made. They played no role in my repair. Ultimately they agreed to pay for my repairman. I emailed receipt. 2 weeks later I checked in. They had not opened my email. They overnighted my check

The place is amazing!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful! Even though we came at almost closing time, we never once felt rushed. The staff is very knowledgeable. They are honest and upfront. We never felt pressured to hurry and make a deal, or pressured to "talk numbers". I definitely recommend stopping by to check out their inventory!
