I have been here a couple of times. No need to be in line when following all the internet instructions, by checking in by phone. It was less than 20 minutes total, extremely professional staff.

Front desk lady was very nice. The other lady working the front was also nice. The only issues I have is the stall I was in had bloodstains on the wall above the bio hazard container which was across from the seat I was sat in. The phlebotomist who drew my blood didn’t say but maybe 5 words to me all together. I could tell she was in the middle of something when they asked her if she could take me and didn’t want to do it. She didn’t give me a countdown before the stick or anything. She didn’t tell me I was done she just removed the needle taped me up and turned to the computer. I had to ask if I was done and then she said yes. I feel like maybe the phlebotomists are overworked and they need more staff to help.

Yesterday I went to get blood work , the workers here are very rude and have an attitude. They were not professional and were no help they expected us to know where to go when they had no signs .
