Mold. They paint over it, but it comes back every time, then they tell you that it’s your fault for failing to air out the apartment properly. In reality, this complex has a very profound mold intrusion issue that is literally in their walls. The thing that bothers me is that they know about the issue because I’m sure they keep maintenance records. The final straw was when I found out that the previous tenant had mold and complained about it and all of my immediate neighbors had mold and told them about it and they still would go to the spot with the mold creeping in through the wall seems and just paint over it. Some of the older tenants adopted a sort of, “just the way it is” attitude.

Yes, I did tour and consider living here, why didn't I? Just decided not to, I can't remember why. Not saying anything bad about this place AT ALL.

I want to share my appreciation and gratitude for two of the people that make Brookside a great place to live. I work in retail managment and work with the public so I know hard work and professionalism when I see it. These two people show dedication, hard work, commitment and professionalism. I’m talking about Camie & Remy. Camie was the first person I met when I visited Brookside to see if it was where I wanted to move. She made my impromptu visit fell like I had scheduled my viewing. She was friendly, kind and welcoming. Since moving into Brookside I that has not changed. Whether I call the office or go in person Camie continues to exhibit those behaviors. Remy was the second person I met during my visit. The short introduction lead me to believe this man is a professional who cares about the people he is taking care of and I was right. Since moving in I have had numerous conversations around the property with Remy. He continues to show his professionalism whether it’s acknowledging me as I drive off to work or he is entering my apartment to fix something. These both have created a feeling of safety, security and confidence that I have chosen the right place to call home. I hope who ever reads this also recognized Camie & Remy’s contribution to this property and the people that live here.
