They need 20 more branches in the Bay Area. Seriously lacking in person branch/store. I can't understand their bad customer service mind. We need more stores in the Bay Area especially Brentwood!!!!

The level of incompetence at this establishment is almost impressive. Why is it so hard to just get a roll of quarters from a bank? Every time I ask any of the unintelligent teller's, they get this look on their faces similar to a DEER IN HEADLIGHTS. Every single one of them should be replaced by someone who can actually do the job they were hired to do!

Customer service 10/10. This branch is severely understaffed for being the busiest location in the area. Frequent half hour+ wait times

I waited an hour to ask a question related to a problem after that the customer service told me to call the number on the back of my card and if they didn’t help over the phone come back to the branch and she will work with me .. they could have had someone acknowledging customers questions who have been waiting for pretty long time and direct them where and how to fix your problems instead of letting them wait to tell them sorry we can’t help.
