Geek squad employees Sam and Steve came to my house to mount two TVs. Sam called me 2 days prior to my appointment to let me know the time frame. The day of appointment Sam called in the morning to remind me of the time. Upon arrival they were really professional and courteous. They gave me their professional advice on height and placement making everything run super smooth.

I dealt with the Geek Squad for some tech help for the 1st time. I was greeted by Keaton and he was extremely helpful. If all of the Best Buy people are as friendly and helpful as Keaton it is the only place I will be going for products and help from now on.

My daughter and I decided to buy electronics for my husbands birthday. The customer service was exceptional. We came in with ideas of what we wanted and CT made sure that we were knowledgeable about the items so we could make the best decisions. We decided on a 65 in OLED tv and a surround sound system. After our purchase we hung around to check out some other electronics and the same great customer service was provided by all the associates we encountered. We also returned for a walk mount with my husband and Sabrina and her manager did it again! Huge thanks to the store and staff. With customer service becoming extinct nowadays it sure felt nice to experience it again and again.

I general know what I'm getting when I go and don't browse. Their online inventory is fairly accurate so I use that before I go. Sometimes I'll buy before and just pickup but if I want to see it up front first I'll go straight to the department, find it, or ask an assistant for the model. Not all laptops are displayed so asking immediately is the quickest way. Overall great experience although I stay in the computer and sound area mainly

Yes they sell most of latest electronic gadgets
Super easy! Just come in the door and turn right. Customer service desk is right there. They tell you to go and pick out the one you want and hold the return item there. Then do the exchange and your out. They have been very quick and very easy. We were just in there yesterday doing a return and exchange.
I was up there the other day with some questions about a TV. They sent a tech out to me. Answered all of my questions in the parking lot.
I'm Unable to answer your question. The item I returned was a sound bar. I couldn't make it work.
The website says that they can repair electronics. However, to my knowledge Best Buy does not conduct repairs on factory CD player/audio systems. I would suggest calling your local BestBuy and asking for the GeekSquad, they will be able to answer your question and give you a quote on pricing.
