They advertise screen printing but they don't do screen printing...how is this legal? On their website you have the option to select Screen Printing for your logo/design. This is what I ordered - it's on my invoice. What I got a few days later was a heat transfered design. Nobody contacted me to tell me the change was happening. Their customer serivce rep told me that this is what I ordered. There is a no money back policy. Again, not sure how they can get away with this.

Front desk girl was super rude when I asked simple questions about my order that was paid for. Stitching on embroidered hats is cheap looking, stands of strings are popping out through the sew. My shirts are printed a tad to the left with my logo it’s not completely centered or leveled. Ordered Heather gray shirts somehow I have tan….

They are rude terrible customer service. Paid for a shirt was messed up. Was told they won't do anything about it by the manager. Lost a loyal customer. I recommend Goin else ware guys.

I have personally made products here with sizes ranging from onesies for a newborn to a size 3x for myself and everything in between. The color range is wide and well stocked, and if i needed something they didn't have, they got it for me within a few days. Planet T's is #1 in customer service and quality. Ive been a loyal customer for years. I hope this helps you.
Its a digital print for your shirt. Do this with pictures and they come out better and last longer. I do all mine in that style.
