THANK YOU for staying abreast of the COVID regulations throughout this pandemic and investing heavily (financially and other) in the health & safety of the school, teachers/staff and families. Yes, observing COVID regulations is (importantly) about individual and public health--but your compliance and care have positively affected our childrens' education, socialization, and our sanity because classes and the school can stay OPEN. Quarantine is costly and a big pain for all. There are multiple reasons behind different actions that are not in front of folks for them to see and understand. So while it shouldn't be necessary, in addition to all the hoops you've jumped through to make things work, thank you also for explaining to those who have a strong opinion and may not always understand "why".

I think the class atmosphere is kept in good spirits and the diverse activities and learning curriculum are interesting. Some areas where i would like some improvement and (or) stability are the assignment of teachers and quantity/quality of snacks and other food served. —update as of Oct 12,2021 My recent experience with the school makes me believe it’s motto has changed ‘Money’ and ‘Arrogance’. My son graduated from the school mid June 2021 and despite giving 30 day notice the school billed him for the whole month. I had requested my partial refund and now 100+ days and nearly a dozen visits and ~4 phone calls, total inaction. Looks like they are interested in keeping up their standards only as long as your a current customer of the school. They haven’t even called back to say that they are looking into it and will take a timely action. Not sure for how long this is going to endure. I am reducing their star rating based on my current experience. Hope the school will resolve the issue before it becomes zero stars. Question to anyone reading this… what should I do if there’s no action still from the school? --update Don't know what or who made it work. But finally I got my due. Giving back 1 more star for the effort.

I have three kids and this is BY FAR the best daycare I have ever seen. My 2 1/2 year old has been going here for a year and her development has been ASTOUNDING! Every teacher she has had, has been very good at their job. Her teachers now are my favorite teachers any of my kids have ever had. My daughter is talking in sentences and potty trained which I 100% contribute to this school!! It is expensive for a single mom, but it is worth it because I know my kids will be going into Kindergarten ahead of their peers. Don't walk, RUN to get your kid a seat in this school!! Also, the management is FANTASTIC! They are accomodating and everything I would ever want in a school administration. 100% worth the money!!

I appreciate the care my child received. Teachers care and really offer a lot of beautiful songs and crafts for little ones. My little one was always happy when I picked him up
