One star is for the front desk ladies who did their absolute best to help me while their doctors REFUSED to call me with my test results for over a WEEK. I ended up tested positive for whooping cough and if I would've known sooner I couldve put my kids on antibitoics a LOT earlier. Then the Dr called me and said that wait time was normal when it absolutely is not as my kids all got their test results back within a DAY. They turned it around to make me seem like I was being dramatic, then decided to give me a lecture on how my kids were vaccinated when it was CLEAR a spread of whooping cough couldve been prevented if they did their job.

Called july 2nd husband and I had covid and want a recommendation for antibodies treatmenr. Called and the doctor on call they didnt even have the decency to call us back. Use to be a very good office. Dont recommend this office.

Horrible!!! The people at the scheduling desk and who verify insurance ABSOLUTELY SUCK!!!! DO NOT waste your time with this place. As a new patient they waited till the moment they called us back to get seen tk say there was an issue. They did not verify insurance even after they told me they accepted it! Had to wait for over a month to get this appointment and they deny you the day of your month long wait!? Then want you to reschedule for another month long wait. Customer service here absolutely sucks and they are incredibly unprofessional and rushed and short with you when you talk to them on the phone after waiting for 20mins to talk to them. The doctors nor the management seem to care one bit about it so stop or do not go here. They really DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!
