Customer here. Half the time they don't even deliver my items. I don't know if it's because of pure laziness or who knows. The few who do actually deliver my items and don't lie about it are absolutely amazing. Those who don't shame on you. 2 days ago was my birthday. I ordered something for my birthday and it never arrived. They put that it had been delivered. I had to deal with customer service for over an hour just to be able to get a refund to re-order same item. If it doesn't show up this time I will have a lawyer get involved and have them investigate. I will then have said person charged with theft. I stood outside my door from when it said 10 stops away. That was how excited I was. I'm sorry if your employer is so horrible but don't take it out on the customers. If you're just lazy or horrible shame on you!

Calling customer service is the best way to resolve this issue. Drivers aren't assigned the same route everyday so telling one driver who delivered to you on one day doesn't mean your message was passed on to the rest of the delivery station. Customer service will actually change the delivery locations.
