Difficult to report non-residental water leaks after hours.
Chris Berringer
On 11/10/21, you're electrical seemed to be...lumpy. it was actually strange and frightening because my interior LED light bulbs were pulsing 8ish times every 1-2 ish seconds with a 1 -2 ish rest. Every led light in the house and I saw it on several of the exterior lights in the neighborhood. Lasted a few hours and was almost automated. What's that all about?

Thank you for your question! Sources of odor in water can range from issues within your home, to natural and safe, but" smelly" causes within our water sources. In order to help our water customers determine origins of unusual water odors, colors, particles, etc., we have provided a Water Quality Troubleshooting Tool on our website. This is the best option for you to help proactively address water issues in your home or business as it will walk you through the specifics of your situation and recommend next step actions, including sending an alert directly to our Water Quality Team if need be. This tool can be used by visiting our Water Quality page at www.lovelandwaterandpower.org/WaterQuality and clicking on the banner at the top. We hope you find the tool useful in this situation and any future situations where you may have questions about your water. Thank you for helping us as we continuously strive to ensure safe, clean drinking water for our customers!

Good Morning! If you ever have a safety concern regarding water or power service, please report the issue to our dispatch. Contact and safety information can be found at https://www.lovelandwaterandpower.org/Poweroutage In this particular case, Scenic Valley Drive is not within the Loveland Water and Power service area. You can report the issue to Poudre Valley REA via their outage page here: https://pvrea.coop/outages I have given PVREA a call and reported your concern. If you are ever unsure of the service area of your safety concern, please feel free to call your service provider, and we can figure out what service area the issue may be in. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911. Have a great day! LWP Customer Relations
