Overall, I'd have to rate my experience as satisfactory, but not mind-blowing. The good: - My computer now has touche screen capabilities again. Yay! - replacement was significantly less expensive than purchasing a new laptop. The bad: - I had to follow up multiple times on repair status and never received calls after being told, "they'd get back to me." - When I'd picked up the laptop after being repaired, the bezel on the replacement screen appears to be chipped off in the upper right corner. Nothing was mentioned about this. - The screen casing (screen chassis) was bent during repair. It looks like a screwdriver or pry tool and I understand when repairing devices damage can occur. When I asked about this, I was told "It may have come in this way." -- I personally dropped off the laptop and this damage was not there before the repair.

Came in with a loose usb micro port on one of my electronics and they had it completely fixed in 2 minutes. Couldn’t recommend them higher!

The screen is now AWESOME, but took 2 weeks to get in & I had to keep calling THEM to see if came in. I know some things out of their control, but end results Great!
