Best health care experience I’ve had in months. I normally go to the sister clinic on SW 14th ST and couldn’t get in for a same day appointment there & managed to get onto the schedule here last minute. I received extraordinary service. Dr. Snodgrass is phenomenal and goes above and beyond for his patients. Kim was also very kind and efficient! I really appreciate the staff and atmosphere here :)

Best family care clinic I have been to in 15 years! Dr. Flake is very thorough, attentive and very helpful! Due to his diligence, a chronic pain issue I have struggled with for 3 years is finally being addressed! I'm beyond grateful, extremely thankful for his knowledge and professionalism!

Hi Judi, Thank you for your question. Respective state and county health departments are leading the COVD-19 vaccination efforts. Banner Health will participate in this process by administering the vaccine at several Banner locations. Qualifications for each phase are determined by your state and county health departments. Please visit your state or county health department website or contact them directly to learn what phase they are in and how you can schedule a vaccine appointment. There are 3 doctors I know work there, Snodgrass, Flake, and Hollis. Snodgrass is amazing. I see him for everything, and he's very patient oriented. He's helped me with a variety of health issues, and if a medication doesn't help fix my issue, I can send him a message or go in and he'll happily help me find a better fit. Hollis hasn't been accepting new patients for awhile, but is very skilled as well. Flake is rather rude and doesn't seem the most knowledgeable. Whatever you do, do NOT see Angela McNair, PA. She has no clue what she's doing and has no consideration for her patients at all. If you have an emergency and need to be seen immediately, go to urgent care or the ER instead of seeing McNair. The office staff is very friendly as well.
