These home's very. Some have garage's or car ports or some with neather of those. With lot rent and the mortgage on the home your talking $900 to $1200 a month.

So lot rent is around $600. No discount. Some homes have room for garage, some don't- check with on-site sales agent. Home comes with basic driveway, shed.
