Buyer beware!!! I purchased almost $500 of rare items through one of their auctions. I spoke with the shipping manager before my order was packaged and was assured that they do it all the time. After finding my package destroyed by the front door I called the shipping manager- before opening it- to find out what to do if it's damaged. I was told to take it to the post office and open it with a supervisor. The postal employee took pictures and acknowledged it was beat up, but obviously was not an expert on the contents or how it was packaged. Unfortunately, the most valuable item fell out while cutting the box open and bounced and rolled on the hard floor. Instant loss of value. Multiple items were loose in the box, less valuable than when I purchased them. It turns out that when you package items in open ended containers that things fall out. Who knew? I called and spoke with the owner, and despite high hopes that he might help, he decided it was better to tell me how much they make (apparently $ACT,UAL-$NUM,BER a month), how they usually do things (was told "he must have been busy" when packaging my order), and that they have more similar items to come so keep a look out for future auctions. I wish I was joking. Also, if you do buy, look very closely at each individual item. Zoom in as tight as possible. 3 items I purchased were labeled different when I got them. It is not even close to visible on my new phone, but the owner said he could see it on the original. The owner said that they take their auction pictures right when they come from the customer, then they inspect them and change it if it's labeled wrong. Sounded backwards to me, but what do I know? Lots of pictures!

Was the only bidder on an item, was approved to bid before auction ended, stayed pending after auction ended, got notification that my bid was confirmed, called to confirm I won item because it still showed pending and was told I didn’t win, someone else’s bid won but there was only one bid. Not pleased at all.
